Jon joined Hato Hone St John in 2018 and has held various roles in both operations and clinical management. Jon moved into the role of DCE Strategy & Executive Operations in February 2025 on secondment.

The Strategy and Executive Operations Directorate leads our organisation's strategy, direction setting, advocacy, and executive support functions. It brings together key areas that shape our future, honour our history, strengthen alignment across the organisation, and ensure we deliver on our organisation's priorities.
