Jon is a seasoned Project Manager and Adviser with extensive experience in ambulance and emergency services across Australia and internationally. Since joining Hato Hone St John in 2018, he has held key roles in operations and clinical management. In February 2025, he was appointed Director – Office of the Chief Executive on secondment. 

As lead for the Office of the Chief Executive, Jon's portfolio includes strategy development, strategic planning, project definition and delivery, government and external stakeholder relations, external policy submissions and advocacy, strategic governance, executive team programme management, and promoting the work of the Order of St John in Aotearoa New Zealand.
