Michelle’s last role before joining Hato Hone St John was Chief Financial Officer at Te Pūkenga | New Zealand Institute of Skills and Technology. Prior to this, Michelle spent eight years with Manukau Institute of Technology in various executive leadership roles, including CFO and COO. Michelle has also held senior finance management roles with Auckland DHB for several years.

Michelle is a commercial specialist, strategist and problem solver, with a track record of delivering challenging projects within both healthcare and education in New Zealand. Michelle brings a depth of financial and business transformation experience acquired over 20 years leading diverse teams, including finance, property, facilities, information technology, fleet, procurement, legal, and contracts.
