Mihi (Ngāti Whātua) joined Hato Hone St John in September 2025.

Prior to joining, Mihi was the Kaiwhakahaere Hauora Māori, Mana Taurite at ProCare in Tāmaki Makaurau Auckland, and her role involved providing strategic leadership in Māori governance, support, and advocacy, overseeing a network of over 140 healthcare practices and nearly 700,000 patients.

As the lead for Māori Health & Engagement, Mihi describes her leadership style as deeply influenced by the examples that her tupuna, whānau and mentors have shown her, with the values of aroha, tika, and pono. She is focused on transparency, accountability and delivering improvements in health for Māori.
