Maxine was appointed to the Hato Hone St John Priory Board in October 2020. She is a Fellow of Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand, and a Member of the New Zealand Order of Merit. She is a Director of Raukura Hauora o Tainui and a Trustee of the Ruapuha Uekaha Hapu Trust.
Her past board appointments include: Te Aho o Te Kura Pounamu, The Duke of Edinburgh’s International Award Aotearoa New Zealand, KiwiRail and The New Zealand Maritime Authority. She is also a past Chairman of Te Kauhanganui o Waikato.
