Graham has been a Hato Hone St John Volunteer for over 45 years joining as an 8-year-old Cadet. He has been involved in Youth leadership and Event Leadership for many years and was the Regional Youth Officer for Northern Region South Island. For the 10 years post Christchurch Earthquake Graham was the Chair of Christchurch Area Committee and a member and deputy Chair of the South Island Region Trust Board. He was appointed to the Role of Volunteer Advisor in 2019.
