Newly appointed St John Chief Executive Officer from largest ambulance service in the world Sarah Martin | Thursday 3 May 2012 Peter Bradley, currently the Chief Executive of London Ambulance Service, will be taking up the role of St John Chief Executive Officer in late September this year. The current Chief Executive Jaimes Wood announced his decision to move on last December and a recruitment search was commenced earlier this year. Peter Bradley will complete his commitments regarding the London Olympics before starting his new role. Peter has an extensive background in Ambulance operations in New Zealand and in the United Kingdom. Outgoing Chief Executive Jaimes Wood says “We are delighted to have recruited a person of Peter’s calibre and experience to take over from me and continue the development of St John in New Zealand. This should ensure an ever greater contribution to health and communities from the work St John does.”
