Reporting documents show our responses to incidents in urban and rural locations.
The incidents are categorised by colour code.
- Purple: Immediately life threatening
- Red: Immediately life threatening or time critical
- Orange: Urgent / potentially serious but not immediately life threatening incidents
- Green: Non-urgent/low acuity
- Grey: Non-urgent/low acuity – further telephone triage appropriate
