Thank you for choosing to renew your Ambulance Membership. Your continued support is very much appreciated.
  • If you renew before expiry, your new membership period will begin after your current one ends.
  • If you renew after your current expiry, your new membership will be renewed for 12 months from the date we receive payment.

To renew a membership, complete the form below and follow the payment links. Payment options include:

  • Visa/Mastercard enabled debit/credit card
  • Account2Account (an Internet Banking transfer service)

Note. From 1 October 2025, annual fees for a Hato Hone St John Ambulance Membership will be increasing: 


Individual Membership 

$70p.a. 

Joint Membership 

$96p.a. 

Household Membership 

$115p.a. 

This adjustment is necessary to help meet the rising costs of delivering a safe and high-quality emergency ambulance service, which has experienced significant and sustained growth in demand over the last decade. 

If you choose to renew these memberships prior to 1 October 2025, you can renew at our existing/lower rates.
