The Contact Lake Taupo Cycle Challenge is New Zealand’s largest cycling event and the world’s largest cycling relay. St John has been the medical services provider for the Cycle Challenge for at least the last 20 years.

New Zealand Thoroughbred Racing annually holds more than 300 race meetings at 52 racecourses across New Zealand. "St John provides an invaluable service to the Thoroughbred Racing Industry in New Zealand through the providing of pre-hospital emergency services at race and trial meetings".

Held every two years on Easter weekend, Warbirds Over Wanaka is New Zealand’s greatest air show and is acclaimed as the largest Warbird Airshow in the Southern Hemisphere. St John has been providing a medical service to Warbirds Over Wanaka since the event’s inception in 1988.

Rhythm and Vines is a multi-day music festival held every summer on the Waiohika Estate in Gisborne. Every year it attracts up to 30,000 party people and around 100 top Kiwi and international music acts. St John has been providing event medical services for Rhythm and Vines since 2006.
